FIGHTING FOR US

I am proud to have been born and raised in Colorado and I would be honored to serve as Mayor in the city where I grew up and went to High School.

My career and life experiences have taught me how to actively listen, organize and lead people. I have taken these skills to the Thornton City Council. During my time on City Council, I have served on several external boards and committees representing Thornton.

I am a gay, single dad and raised my son, Isaiah to be the man he is today. I am very proud of him, and I know that he will be successful as he attends Front Range Community College.

As a gay single dad, I know how to take on bullies – people who have attacked me and the LGBTQ Community because of my sexual orientation. I’ll always stand up for progressive values and I won’t back down from a fight.

I attended Horizon High School in Thornton and Front Range Community College in Westminster. Currently, I’m a Memorial Consultant for Landmark Monuments, a family small business. I wanted to be there and help other people when they were grieving over their loved ones, as I did over my mother who passed when I was 15 years old.

All in all, I’ve learned that our local government works best when more people are involved and able to have their voice heard. I am running to empower the voice of our neighborhoods over that of out-of-touch deep pocketed special interests.

I hope to earn your support in November and work together to get things done for Thornton.
